Long story short, I was in the Honda shop and a policeman gave me this rather adorable keyring. Not quite my style though.. Il send this one home 🙂 not that I’m challenge the Japanese police but they really don’t give off a very threatening vibe, I mean some of them are tiny and even in Japanese standards. But I get sense that people respect the rules here oppose to needing fear of the enforcement. Probably the safest country I’ve been to.
P.s Katie would you like this?
Awh, good job man! Speaking of which I’ve got work to go to, you have fun playing in the snow buddy and don’t catch a chill.
Woke up this morning and it started snowing pretty heavily out my window and it’s even started settling, wasn’t expecting this in Tokyo! Snow turns me into a giddy little excited child so as soon as i had my coffee I ran up to the roof top to take a better look (Even called for the lift.. But it was too slow so stairs! haha).
Tokyo is a bit of a white out so I tried to capture what had settle on my building. And it the time of writing this post it has quadrupled! Man I love snow, first time I’ve posted a happy days on the same day let alone immediately after waking up 😀
This place is incredible! They have so many of all the crafty things I’ve wanted all in one place and more than I’ve seem before! From Robotic gears to mini band saws, crazy driftwood, fabrics foams and carbon fibre everything! And that’s only the basement, it’s a full department store with bikes, baths and bedding too.
They even have a range of tools out for you to try, unheard of in the UK but British would royally use it to cut off its own chain and steel it.. Haha
Our test hand is printed and functioning!

Went out to Tokyo Midtown for some ice skating and to begin with it was pretty scary, a whole lot of uncontrollable sliding and whole lot of kids I didn’t want to crash and squash. But in the end, after a few slips and falls we got the flow of things and could dogde around the masses of people who also knew Sunday evening would be the time to hit the ice.
I thought I was getting pretty good until a little 10 year old girl jumps right next to me, scares the crap out of me as she does a a spin and lands backwards and skate of elegantly as I fail, yelp and shuffle on out of the way aha
And of course what the first inevitable thing that happens when I first press record on my go pro… 10 meters later blam! On the ice! Haha check out the video 🙂
